Hi there, my name is Sam Maliszewski. I am writing this blog to give you a glimpse into both my professional and personal life. I have recently graduated from BCIT’s Marketing Management Program and specialize in the Real Estate. I am very passionate about real estate and living in a city like Vancouver has exposed me to a market that is evolving and diversifying itself.

Now i’m not here to bore you with statistics or news on how prices in Vancouver have sky rocketed. My blog will cover 3 man topics. Firstly I’ll be posting my listings and giving tips for buyers and sellers who are new to the market. Secondly,  I want to share other listings that I think have great potential for investment. Lastly, I want to share some great design ideas for those of you who are looking to renovate or to give your home that face lift that it deserves.

My boyfriend and I are also currently in the planning process of our future home. We are looking at vacant land to build our home on as well as older homes that can be renovated. I’ll be posting updates on our progress and showing you our inspirations along the way. We aren’t professional interior designers or anything but we both have some great ideas (and Pinterest 😉 ). I want to show you that any home has the potential if you look closely enough.
